Which one should we choose?
Cloud, unless something requires otherwise: it is faster to start and we carry the operational work. Choose on-premise when regulation, internal policy or a data-residency commitment requires the data to stay on your own infrastructure.
Can we move from cloud to on-premise later?
Yes. It is the same platform, so moving is a data migration rather than starting again.
Who updates an on-premise installation?
We supply the releases and the upgrade process. Your team schedules them, or we run the upgrade with you under a support agreement.
What does on-premise require from us?
A server you control that meets the platform requirements, and someone responsible for backups and access. We go through the details during the demo.
